RETURN POLICY

Custom-made products do not qualify for a return since it is built to specification(s) for an individual. Return is only allowed if the item received is not what the purchaser originally ordered.

As-is (Non-custom made) products do qualify for a return, and if you would like to return a product purchased from our online store, please contact customer service at info@primecustomshop.com to request a return authorization number.

Products may be returned within 7 business days of receipt only in new, and unused condition.
Returns will be credited for the product only and are subject to a 15% restocking fee as well as the cost of returned shipping.

Please pack with care when returning a product to prevent any damage during transit.
Most problems can often be solved by replacement parts without actually returning the product.
Please do not return any products without a return authorization number.
